Recently, Hardoll Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., a leading intelligent lighting solution provider in China, has officially launched a new generation of energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures. This series includes four product lines: industrial high-ceiling lights, commercial downlights, outdoor modular street lights, and intelligent dimming panel lights. The products adopt the company's independently developed third-generation COB integrated packaging technology and AI adaptive light control algorithm. The overall light efficiency reaches 215 lm/W, which is 32% higher than the industry average. The lifespan is extended to 100,000 hours, significantly reducing the energy consumption and maintenance costs throughout the entire life cycle.
According to the company's technical director's introduction at the new product launch event, the new series of lamps have passed the IEC 62471 photobiological safety certification, UL DLC Premium 5.1 energy efficiency certification, and the Chinese GB/T 24823-2023 performance standard for LED modules for general lighting. They fully meet the strict energy-saving requirements for commercial and industrial scenarios stipulated by the EU ErP directive and China's 'carbon neutrality' strategy. Currently, the first batch of products have been deployed on a large scale in the Yangtze River Delta Intelligent Manufacturing Park, Shenzhen Qianhai Low-Carbon Business Center, and Chengdu Tianfu International Biocity. The actual measurement data shows that each project saves over 480,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 396 tons.
Hardoll Lighting has simultaneously launched the LightSync™ cloud platform, which enables real-time monitoring of lamp status, energy consumption analysis, fault warning, and remote group dimming. This helps customers achieve a management upgrade from 'turning on' to 'intelligent management' of lighting. The company's CEO, Li Mingyuan, stated: 'Lighting is not only a basic energy consumption unit but also an important sensing node in digital transformation. Hardoll will continue to use light as a medium, integrating Internet of Things, edge computing, and green material science, to make every beam of light a driving force for sustainable development.' ’

As a national high-tech enterprise and an 'elite small and medium-sized enterprise' under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Hardoll Lighting has 127 patents related to lighting, with the proportion of invention patents reaching 41%. This new product launch marks its strategic leap from an LED light source manufacturer to a 'green light environment system service provider'. In the next three years, the company plans to increase its R&D investment to 12% of its revenue and jointly establish a light health joint laboratory with universities to accelerate the implementation of human-centric lighting technology.
Currently, Hardoll's new generation of LED lighting products have opened up OEM/ODM cooperation to the global market, and provide localized technical support and carbon footprint assessment reports to help overseas customers achieve the goals of international green building certifications such as LEED v4.1 and BREEAM.
